Terry Flanagan's WBO lightweight title defence rescheduled for July 16

Terry Flanagan's WBO lightweight title defence against Mzonke Fana has been rescheduled for July 16th at Cardiff's Wales Ice Arena.

The development comes after the postponement of the rematch between Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury, whose ankle injury ended Flanagan's plans to be chief support in his home city of Manchester on July 9.

His fight with South Africa's little-known Fana will instead take place just before Jazza Dickens' with the great Guillermo Rigondeaux, and after Liam Williams' British and Commonwealth light-middleweight title defence against Gary Corcoran.
